Riverina VET Student of the Year Awards for 2024

Congratulations to Tahlia Gilbert of Year 12 who has made it to the finals of the Riverina VET Student of the Year Awards for 2024 to be held in Wagga Wagga this Thursday evening 13^th June. 

Tahlia is in the final year of her School Based Traineeship - Certificate III Human Services with MLHD working at Narrandera Hospital. Tahlia's dedication, commitment and exemplary work ethic in her traineeship have been outstanding. Tahlia's connection to her culture and support of her family have inspired Tahlia's strong commitment to strengthening Indigenous Health outcomes for her Elders and Indigenous peoples of Narrandera and surrounds. 

We wish Tahlia good luck for Thursday evening's awards ceremony and congratulate Tahlia on making it to the finals of the Riverina VET  Training Awards 2024. Fingers crossed Tahlia will go all the way to the state finals in September.
